Payment:
Cash or Check only! There will be a $25 dollar fee for returned checks!
Vaccinations:
We have a responsibility to ensure the health and safety of all of the animals in our care, so we require that every pet be vaccinated against certain serious contagious diseases:
Dogs:
Rabies: We cannot accept any dog without an updated rabies vaccination.
Bordetella: If your pet is not updated on Bordetella, you will need to sign a form.
Cats:
Rabies, Distemper, Leukemia
Cancellations:
Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment of any cancellation. This allows us time to try and book a replacement for your vacated spot.
Late or No Shows:
If you cannot make your scheduled appointment time, please call and allow us to adjust our schedule accordingly. After two No-Shows, you must prepay for the next appointment made.
Completion Time:
Every effort will be made to keep our schedules running smoothly. A typlical pet grooming can be completed in 2 to 4 hours. Please let us know prior to the groom if you will need your pet ASAP. We are happy to work with you and your schedule as much as possible, however repeated calls to check on the readiness of your pet only causes further delays.
Pick Up:
All pets must be picked up within a half hour of notification unless other arrangements are made.
